Solmaz Eftekhari

Solmaz worked for LSEC from 2004 to 2006. Her project focused on heart rate variability analysis. Her findings, Effects of Acute Stress on the Autonomic System Using Heart Rate Variability Analysis, were presented at the URECA celebration at Stony Brook University, 2006. She was in the WISE program (Women in Science and Engineering) during her undergraduate career and graduated in biomedical engineering and chemistry at Stony Brook in May 2008. She is attending New York University in fall of 2008 for dentistry and a concentration in biomaterials.
