Wayne Ensign, Ph.D.

Dr. Ensign is a Staff Scientist and Research Physiologist employed by the Department of Defense. Dr. Ensign is currently located at SPAWAR systems center in San Diego, CA. and has conducted a number of studies evaluating the immunological and psychological effects on Marine Corps personnel conducting military operations in harsh and stressful environments. Dr. Ensign received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in Cellular and Molecular Biology and his doctorial degree in Human Physiology and Nutrition from the University of Arizona.
