Eugene Botanov earned his M.A. in Developmental Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2005. His research was focused on the relationship between cognitive attachment and resilience, particularly in low income families. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Stony Brook University in 2004 where his research concentrated on mother-child relationships. He is currently a Research Coordinator in the Laboratory for the Study of Emotion and Cognition and his research interests now include the neuropsychological aspects of human behavior in relation to resilience.
